At Aactive Personnel we run a lean operation on the backside of the business in order to offer competitive hourly rates for our services. Our rates include all administrative costs and WCB insurance coverage for peace of mind service.

Aactive Personnel’s management team and internal staff have over 100 years of experience in the Temporary Labour industry. This experience shows in our attention to professionalism, reliability and immediate response to our clients needs.

Aactive Personnel has shifted its organizational vision to focus on our employees as much as we focus on our clients. Without our workforce of dedicated employees established over our 40 years of service we would not be recognized as an industry leader for temporary placement. Some of our staff have been returning to same job site for 20+ years; we could not be more proud of these employees and their commitment to our clients.

By having access this labour force we can simplify the process of managing your staffing needs during projects and fluctuation of internal resources (unexpected turnover or increased demand for service/product). Aactive Personnel’s workforce of 250+ employees allows our team to provide on demand service to our customers.

Employee Of The Month and Year

In 2015 Aactive Personnel established an Employee of the Month award. We are proud to be the first agency in Canada to do this. Shortly after this award was created we lost a valued member of our team to cancer and created our Employee of the Year award. A few months into the program the feedback we received from our staff and clients could not have been more encouraging. Our staff felt a sense of appreciation and our customers noticed a heightened sense of pride in our staff. Simple organizational practices can goal long way!
